By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

PO PDF Extractor is a SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to extract structured data from purchase order PDF documents. The Service includes:
- PDF upload and processing
- AI-powered data extraction using OpenAI GPT-4o or Anthropic Claude
- CSV export of extracted data
- Usage tracking and analytics
- Multi-user company accounts
3. Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use this Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date account information
3.3 Company Accounts
One company account may have multiple users based on your subscription plan limits. The account creator is responsible for managing user access and ensuring compliance with these Terms by all users.
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing
4.1 Free Trial
- New accounts receive a 5-day free trial with Professional tier features
- Trial limited to 25 PDF extractions
- No credit card required to start trial
- Trial converts to paid subscription or expires after 5 days
4.2 Paid Subscriptions
We offer three subscription tiers:
- Starter: £29/month or £290/year
- Professional: £79/month or £790/year
- Enterprise: £199/month or £1,990/year
Annual subscriptions include a 2-month discount compared to monthly pricing.
4.3 Usage Limits
- Starter: 50 PDFs/month, 500 line items/month, 3 users
- Professional: 200 PDFs/month, 2,000 line items/month, 10 users
- Enterprise: Unlimited PDFs, line items, and users
Limits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Exceeding limits on Starter tier requires an upgrade. Professional tier may purchase additional capacity.
4.4 Payment
- All payments processed securely through Square
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
- Prices subject to change with 30 days' notice
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
5. Cancellation and Termination
5.1 Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for partial months/years
- Data available for 30 days after cancellation
- After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted
5.2 Our Right to Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Fail to pay fees when due
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse or misuse the Service
- Upload malicious content
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Upload malicious files or content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Reverse engineer or copy the Service
- Share your account credentials with others outside your company
- Use the Service to process others' confidential data without authorization
- Exceed rate limits or abuse API access
- Resell or sublicense the Service
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Rights
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 Your Rights
You retain all rights to the PDF documents you upload and the data extracted from them. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your documents solely to provide the Service.
7.3 Extracted Data
The data extracted from your PDFs belongs to you. We do not claim ownership or use it for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party AI providers (OpenAI and Anthropic) for PDF extraction. These providers have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their actions or policies.
9. Data Processing and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data processing described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Warranties and Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- AI extraction will be 100% accurate
- All PDF formats will be supported
- Data will never be lost
You are responsible for reviewing extracted data for accuracy before use.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding the amount you paid in the past 12 months
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you upload to the Service
13. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
14. Changes to Terms
